WHERE TO REPORT:
Report suspected child abuse immediately to ChildLine. Mandated reporters have two options for making the report to Childline.
OPTION1
Report by Phone: 1-800-932-0313
After calling ChildLine, you must submit for CY47 to your local Children & Youth Agency within 48 hours. Keep a copy of the form for your records.

The system will require you to create an account. Once you submit the report, you will receive an email confirmation that your report was received. Keep this email for your documentation
After submitting your report to ChildLine contact your immediate supervisor to make them aware that a report was made.
After making a report, it is recommended that you make a courtesy call to your local Children & Youth agency.

If a report is made electronically, provide a copy of the confirmation to your supervisor. If the report is made by phone, provide a copy of the CY47 to your supervisor. Your supervisor shall immediately notify the Executive Director or designee that a child abuse report has been made and will supply the documentation of the report.
