Services available through the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Program include the following:
Teachers of Students who are Deaf/Hard of Hearing
Hearing Evaluation for children who are referred for services (determination made by IFSP Team)
Intervention in natural settings for infants, toddlers and their families
Amplification monitoring
Parent training and support
Preschool
Hearing Evaluation for children who are referred for services (determination made by IEP Team)
Individualized instruction (in individual or group settings)
Individual hearing threshold testing, amplification system evaluation, and amplification monitoring
Preschool to School-Age transition meeting services
Parent training and support
Consultation with school personnel about hearing loss, assistive technology, how hearing loss affects learning, and communication methods
School Age
Hearing Evaluation for children who are referred for services (determination made by IEP Team)
Individualized instruction (in individual or group settings)

School to Adult Life transition services
Assistance to school nurses with hearing screenings in the schools (When staffing permits)
Amplification System Loaner Program
Systems that are available for loan include personal FM systems, sound field systems, and desktop sound field systems
Available to loan for schools (for a 90-day trial period)
Sign Language Interpreters
EIPA Certified
American Sign Language, Pidgin Signed English
